Who we are
Pawtrait creates personalised gifts from photographs you provide. By using this site you agree to these terms.
Your photos and your responsibility
When you upload a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it — because it is your own photo, or because you have permission from the person who took it and from anyone clearly identifiable in it.
Please do not upload photos you do not have the rights to, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or depicts anyone in a way they would not consent to.
Your designs
The personalised artwork we create for you is yours to keep and use for personal purposes. Our design templates, product photography and site content remain ours.
Orders
- Every item is made to order. Please check your preview carefully before paying.
- You can cancel free of charge within 2 hours of paying. After that your order goes into production and cannot be changed or cancelled.
- We may decline or refund an order if the content breaks these terms, or if a product becomes unavailable.
Previews and limits
Creating previews is free within the limits shown on the site. We may adjust those limits to keep the service available to everyone.
Colours and materials
Screens and materials vary. Small differences in colour between the on-screen preview and the printed item are normal.
Reviews and featured content
If you send us a review, we may show it on the site. Featuring your order in our marketing is a separate permission, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a significant change we will make it clear on the site.
