Every item is made for you
Each product is printed individually from the photo and details you provide. That means we cannot resell it, which is why our cancellation rules are time-based.
Free cancellation for 2 hours
You can cancel any order free of charge within 2 hours of paying. You will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
After the 2-hour window closes, your order goes into production and can no longer be cancelled or changed. This includes changing the size, colour, text, photo or design.
If we made a mistake
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or does not match the preview you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We will remake it or refund you in full. This applies whether the fault is ours or our printing partner's.
What we cannot refund
- Spelling or detail mistakes in text you supplied
- Dissatisfaction with a photo you chose, where the print matches the preview
- Orders cancelled after the 2-hour window
Small colour differences
Screens and fabric both shift colour slightly. Minor differences between the on-screen preview and the printed item are normal and are not treated as a fault.

Email us with your order number. If you are within the 2-hour window, you can also cancel directly from your order page.
